Your order will be processed and shipped by our office in Elstree, England. For the convenience of our customers in the US we provide an internet based telephone and fax number which rings directly in our offices in England and can only be answered by our Customer Service team there.
In order to obtain your prescribed medications you must submit your current and valid doctor’s prescription to us. This can be faxed to our toll free number below or emailed to us. Alternatively you can mail it to the address below. We will not process any order that is submitted without supporting authorisation from the prescribing doctor. We keep all prescriptions on file so if you have refills there is no need to send a copy every time you order. We will let you know if you need a renewed prescription. You can also place orders via Telephone or Fax using the usual numbers shown below.
