Masters has been supplying citizens of the USA with medicines since the introduction of the FDA Pilot Scheme of 1988, which allows individuals to order prescribed medicines unavailable or unlicenced in the USA from foreign suppliers. During these years we have become recognized as providing a fast and reliable service. You must keep your order within the maximum 3 month supply limit.
Your order will be processed and shipped by our office in Elstree, England. For the convenience of our customers in the US we provide an internet based telephone and fax number which rings directly in our offices in England and can only be answered by our Customer Service team there.
In order to obtain your prescribed medications you must submit your current and valid doctor’s prescription to us. This can be faxed to our toll free number below or emailed to us. Alternatively you can mail it to the address below. We will not process any order that is submitted without a supporting prescription. If we already have your prescription on file please tell us in ‘customer notes’ when you are placing your order. You can also place orders via Telephone or Fax using the usual numbers shown below provided that you submit a current and valid prescription. No orders will be processed, and no payments taken, for medicines unless you provide or have already provided, a valid signed doctor's prescription.
