25 years of improving lives in the Caribbean
On December 1st The Zulf Masters Foundation, a charitable organisation set up by Masters Pharmaceuticals' Executive Chairman Dr. Zulf Masters OBE, is setting off on a Silver Anniversary Tour of the Caribbean. The tour marks the launch of a long-term commitment towards improving the lives of women and children across the Caribbean, and begins in the Cayman Islands on December 1st and covers Bermuda, Jamaica and Trinidad. As part of the tour, Dr. Masters will visit children at local hospitals and organisations to deliver toys, and present donations totaling $60,000 to local charities. Dr. Masters commented, "The Masters Foundation has been formed with the same principles as Masters Pharmaceuticals, which began in the Caribbean 25 years ago, to facilitate improved care and guidance in easing pain and suffering around the world. The Silver Anniversary Tour will mark a long term commitment towards improving the lives of women and children in the Caribbean." The tour will visit the Cayman Islands on 1st December, followed by Jamaica (4th December), Trinidad (8th December) and Bermuda (10th December), with each date culminating with a reception, hosted by Dr. Zulf Masters and featuring donations to local charities including the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, St. Mary's Children Home and Bustamante Hospital for Children. |
