Masters appoints new CFO and board member
Masters has appointed James McCutcheon as group chief financial officer with immediate effect. James will help to develop and implement the group’s global growth strategy, following the consolidation of its regional offices into a global corporate structure.

James joins Masters from Idis, a privately held pharmaceutical company, where he was Finance Director. He has extensive financial experience of the international pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, having occupied senior management positions at GlaxoSmithKline, GE Medical, and Critkon Medical Monitoring.

James is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has worked across the financial sector, particularly in private equity-backed company start-ups and business turnarounds.

Masters CEO Dave Moran says: “James’ knowledge and experience make him ideally suited to driving Masters global strategy. Masters plans to expand its global footprint in new markets and therapeutic areas, and I look forward to working with James to capitalise on this opportunity.”

In addition, Masters is delighted to announce the appointment of Lynda Foster as a non-executive board member. Lynda has held senior positions within the international generic industry including Ivax (now Teva).
