1. Can I get an online consultation?
   Answer: No, we are unable to give advice on medical conditions, dosage or administration of medicines.



2. Do I need a prescription?
   Answer: The majority of our products require you to submit a valid prescription from a veterinarian, although we do stock a small number of non-prescription items.



3. Can I get discount for bulk orders?
   Answer: No, the maximum supply of medicines for personal use is 3 months.



4. How long will my order take to arrive and can I track it?
   Answer: Generally, approximately 10-14 days. Shipments are sent by Express Airmail and delivery is by regular US mail. We do not track items.



5. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
   Answer: No, we do not use courier services.
